Financial Talent Group has partnered with an elite non-profit organization supporting the Arts in Colorado Springs to hire a dynamic Controller to ensure financial stability and success of the organization. The Controller is responsible for overseeing financial statements, including balance sheets. This involves ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and providing a clear picture of the organization’s financial health.  Identifying and implementing efficient processes is essential for effective financial management. The ideal Controller will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, five or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience, financial experience within the non-profit industry and have a strategic and tactical approach in this hands-on role.
