What’s New This Year
The Excellence in Business Award replaced the long-running Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) program. This new award recognizes excellence across four key areas: Customer Service, Trust, Ethics, and Community Impact — a reflection of what it takes to thrive in today’s business world.
