The IT Audit Manager will lead and mentor a team of IT/SOC Assurance professionals while managing multiple audit and compliance engagements. This role will oversee engagement execution, review workpapers, support quality control initiatives, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
Engagements may include SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, GDPR, IT general controls, application controls, and related compliance frameworks.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, approachable, and detail-oriented IT audit leader who enjoys mentoring others, improving processes, and delivering exceptional client service. This person should be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while staying highly connected with team members and clients.
